Growing up in NW Bradenton, it was a super convenient location to ride my bike to. As I got older, it remained a local staple and many late night snack/beer runs were made here. “I switched to South State Bank 1.5 yrs ago after leaving a bank I had for 30yrs. The employees here have been fabulous!!! Especially Michelle!!! I had a problem with a deposit overlapping drafts and Michelle took the time to help me get it all straightened out. And followed up by calling me the next day. She has gone over and above in customer service! And I witnessed her helping a confused elderly woman....she took time explaining the situation with her, helping her with her withdrawals that were causing this woman distress. Michelle took her time, repeating often, to assure the woman understood what was happening in her account. Other customers that came in all know her name. I am sure she has helped many others. Condos for having outstanding employees!!!”

Sign me up! 2 weeks later in the office getting ready to get snipped! 15 min later Dr Matt said ok your all set! What? I didn’t feel a thing! I trotted out of there with a smile and a pep in my step. He told me to take it easy and have fun in 2 days! Day 3, everything worked perfect! Dr Matt is awesome and has this procedure down! “Dr.Pelayo and his staff have been an incredible blessing as I have walked this cancer journey. Each week as I have arrived for chemotherapy I have been greeted with beautiful smiles, kindness, patience, and a true sense that they care about their patients. I have not had one experience with anyone on staff that seemed rude or negative in any way. I’m sure they have to have a bad day sometimes but I’ve never seen it on their faces or sensed it in their attitudes! For me this is a rarity and I had to share it! I’ve been in other doctors offices and wondered why the people working there were working there because they obviously were not happy doing that job. Here, It was evident that they are caring and compassionate for their patients! What a blessing during such a difficult time! May God continue to bless them and use them to care for their patients! “fast service, little wait time, The staff are cool, they try to tell jokes to calm you down and then it is night night time. The staff does a good job starting the IV, there were wantimg instructions. there was a time I started on myself, but they secured it well,now even the doctors all have a smile on their face and now tells joke after numbing someone up.
