“Went to celebrate a milestone family birthday. The staff is family and were great. They paid attention to all my requests including birthday balloons. Towel exchange worked well and the patio area in front of the room let us enjoy the weather even more. Pool was fun and very clean. Great and easy access to a beautiful beach. Met some great familiies and thats what this whole place is... a family and old school vibe. Hard to find these days. Thanks again guys for making a trip so special to my family!”

“What a wonderful place! We spent 12 nights in Cabana #4 in May/June of 2022 with our family (2 adults, 2 kids) and we absolutely loved it, our kids called it our "casita". :) The major perks of this place are the closeness to the beach (about 2 minutes walking distance), the wonderful heated pool (where our two kids spent endless hours), the great equipment (umbrellas, deck chairs, wave boards, beach towels, Weber gas grill etc.), the outside showers, the parking space on the premises, the fact that the place is well kept/clean and the overall coziness. Moreover the service is pretty outstanding. I called in about a few things (gas was empty and some waveboards were damaged) and the guys at Island Vacation quickly responded and delivered everything. I guess it would fair to say that the decoration is quite tacky (lots of animal figurines and pictures on the walls) which some visitors maybe dislike, and the bathrooms definitely need a rework. But after all this is not what you are here for. The cabanas are located right in the middle of Holmes Beach, there is a Publix, CVS and other local places in walking distance and as I said - the closeness to the beach is just perfect! We were really sad to leave but we will for sure return!! Thanks!!”

“The resort is absolutely amazing. From the perfect location to the beautiful interior. Everything was spotless and the beachy decorations were wonderful. The apartments have the perfect size for an incredible beach adventure. We loved every second in there. Joan and Olga will do everything they can to accommodate your needs. We only had two days in the resort due to Hurricane Ian and the evacuations but Joan and Olga did everything they could to inform us about what’s going to happen. We will definitely come again and plan to stay longer this time so that we can catch up on our plans which we had after we got engaged right before the evacuations. Thank you Joan and Olga.”

“Beach House Real Estate's Rental Home on AMI was excellent. The house itself was very comfortable even with a full family and kids. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds as they had a place to play away from everyone else. They also loved the Classic Video Game Cabinet. The pool and patio was a great place to hang out when wanting to skip or even after getting back from the beach, which was a very short walk. The home provided many chair, body boards, umbrellas and even bikes to ride around the island. We'll definitely be renting again from here for our vacations.”

“The location is excellent, you walk about a block to the beach. It has a nice heated pool. The place is small so if you're a family of 4 or 5 this would not work for you but 1 or 2 people it works out well. There is no storage So you live out of your suitcase and if you were here for 2 weeks like us you end up having piles of stuff sitting around. But I love it anyways, things that we did not have and I called AMI VACATIONS they got the items right away for us in a timely manner. I do love that it has an alarm on back door if you have kids And they want to sneak out to the pool. We would definitely come back. It's a cute little cottage/cabin.”

“My husband and 10 month old just stayed last week for a one night adventure and it was perfect! Staff was always helpful and very genuine. Our front desk ladies were warm and offered discounts for the on site bar and a local restaurant! My jaw dropped when I saw our gorgeous room and view to the pool and lounge areas. Everything was very clean and well taken care of! It was a 1 minute walk to the beach and perfect accommodations; chairs, umbrellas, hammock, and beach toys!! I could go on an on...We will be back and we highly recommend this hotel.”

“We had a great stay at this resort. It is a quiet place, usually with few children which makes it nice for adults needing piece and quiet to recharge. Beach is a short walk across the street and so many options on island or off for food, restaurants, shopping, etc. You do get your exercise walking up the stairs from garage to bedroom level and then main floor (kitchen/dining/living room) so be forewarned if you have limitations. There are 2 units with elevators I've been told. Only complaint was no/weak internet signal. Will be back again!”

“Stayed here with family, we rented 2 apartments. The stay was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were great. The apartments were clean and adequately stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. They go above and beyond by providing beach chairs, beach umbrella, and small cooler in your apartment for your use at the beach. The property is beautiful and well kept, they provide enough grills and patio tables for all guests to enjoy a nice afternoon cookout. The beach access was so convenient, just a short walk from property to the beach, no streets to cross which was A+ for us having kids with us. Grocery store and pharmacy is 5-7 minute drive, you can definitely walk it if you’re up to it. Property is located within short distance to many restaurants if you rather eat out. The owners are super sweet and accommodating, they were even there helping the housekeeper when we arrived which I found admirable. I honestly have not one negative thing to say. Everything was just great and I’ve already started spreading the word to my friends and look forward to going again!!”

“This was my second time staying at Lazy Palm Cottage. Both times were perfection!! The house is so spacious, and located perfectly near the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. Having a pool in the backyard was a life saver during quarantine. I love staying here, and cannot wait to keep going back!!!”
