My kids and I went fishing on Labor Day and the bait shop was open and fully stocked with live bait. The fishing was fun even if we only caught pin fish the memories are priceless.”

“Pretty decent museum. I liked how the planetarium was free after admission. They have a first responder discount! We went and saw a nice movie about satellites in the planetarium. The first floor has some dinosaurs 🦖 🦕 sharks and other things. It has a nature play area for kids. The bathrooms were clean. Then we went outside to the manatee area. Took some pictures and saw some amazing pvc pipes. Once we were done we went to the Hispanic house. It was very nice. Then upstairs we went. I got out and saw some nice things. They had old shells and stones. Old medicines. Stem for girls. I think that it's good for all ages. Elevator works well. Free parking garage close to here and police station.”

“The room was very cute and cozy, but most importantly super clean. I was expecting a room right by beachfront but it was honestly a few steps to the beach which was no big deal at all. The weather was not on our favor but the room was so cozy and quiet that we enjoyed quiet time and movies. The service was great as well. Dr. Valadie has an excellent bedside manner, was very thorough, and he explained the results of my MRI in detail (which the previous orthopedic doctor did not do). “I've been to the Granary three or four times. Each time I've gone, the food, portions, atmosphere and service have been excellent. Today we arrived at about 8:30am and being a typical Saturday, it was very busy, but they still got us seated right away. When we got there, the waitress asked us what we would like to drink and my son asked for orange juice. After looking at the menu, he decided to get the kids meal: buttermilk Pancake with fruit which said it would come with milk. I thought for sure that we would get charged extra for the orange juice but we didn't. :-) I ordered two eggs with Ham, homefries and wheat toast. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. This is now our go to breakfast spot for sure. Keep up the good work Granary staff!”

“Such a nice place to come and see old trains and buildings. They have some nice things to do. I saw some neat things. The ladies inside the building are very nice. I liked the chickens. They Even have an out house. If you like activities they have some free books to take home. I had a good time! They have brochures behind the general store. The whistle stop train shop is currently closed with a sign. It is indoors. The houses are hot because they don't have air conditioning so they recommend you stay hydrated and use benches to rest.”
