“This was the first time I boarded my two dogs for a prolonged time period (let alone a new boarding facility). The staff was so compassionate and attentive to my pups. Unfortunately, on the second day my Standard Poodle had Diarrhea (likely due to anxiety associated with a new boarding facility) and I was so impressed that Natalya called me to make me aware of the situation and ask my directive on how to proceed. Based on the photographs shared on social media, I could tell my pups were having a blast.
