““When we were looking for a barn for my 8 year old, I was looking for a barn where horsemanship, the knowledge and care of the horse, was emphasized as much as the riding instruction. The combination is what develops the best riders and horse people. Erin and her team do a wonderful job of teaching and encouraging the work ethic that is also necessary for success with and enjoyment of horses. They also do an excellent job of cultivating a friendly and welcoming barn community so the children and their families create real connection to the each other and the horses. “Did some shopping in this area. And stopped to eat at the Daiquiri Deck Raw Bar on two different occasions. Food was good. Our waiter was friendly and checked on us regularly to make everything was OK and if we needed anything.. Tried some of there alcoholic slushy drinks. Some of them had funny names. The drinks were also good 👍👍👍. Recommended if you plan to take a trip to Anna Maria Island.”

“We have been to this venue a handful of times now for different occasions. They have some really good bands come through, cover bands, djs, and events. We went to see Saliva last night. They held a prom for adults here last year that we attended and we all had a really good time, fairly clean bar with good staff. Haven’t had any issues at this establishment. They have a kitchen with decent bar food choices, prices on drinks and food are all usually fairly good and they usually run some sort of specials which makes things even better. Easy to get to location with plenty of parking. Looking forward to seeing what other upcoming events they have planned for this year”

“It is impossible to overstate how wonderful this talented and kind professional is. When I first called this salon, it was difficult seeking an appointment because I could not keep myself from crying long enough to leave the message. I intentionally tried over the weekend, because I was not sure I could get through a call in real time. I had been through years of appointments with specialists and trips to Quest, but with no definitive answer as to why my hair was constantly shedding or why it would fall out in big clumps every time I took a shower. I just wore hats, and my husband cut off the remnants. No, btw, it was definitively not Covid. That would have saved me all the specialist visits and snake oil treatments. If you are like me and your hair situation is traumatizing, I hope you will do as I did and work up the nerve to call Patti. She has a small charming salon off her house and will wear a mask, so you can feel safe being there if you are high risk. Most important, she is extremely kind. I don’t think I have ever had anyone so clearly give 110% to helping me feel good about myself enough to take off the hats. She spent so so much time with me. I could tell that it truly and personally mattered to her. Pick up the phone, and leave a teary message if you have to. Don’t lose your nerve before you leave your number. “We had such a great experience at Burger King (just off 75 on 70 close to the Walmart.) tonight. It's 10:45pm and we didn’t expect anything would be open. But they were! Kayla was very friendly and efficient at the drive thru and made sure the order was hot, fresh and correct. This store (like so many) are working on a skeleton staff. I'm sure they are tired and trying the best they can, but when you have only a few people working, it is very hard to make things run as efficiently as when they are fully staffed.
