“Shh! Don't tell anyone about this place. Wouldn't want it ruined. It should remain the most secretive and mysterious place in natural Florida.”

“An amazing experience, great disconnection and beautiful place!! I recommend it for a weekend getaway. Smells pure air, nature at its best and peace and love. Property managers have good vibes and try to accommodate. Reason for 4 stars not 5: For the beautiful place that it is, the level of clean needs to improve just a little more. I spend a few days there recently and the linens...I’m not sure they were clean, found 4 long blond hairs inside the linens the first night I got into bed, Some drawers where you put the clothes were full of ants and having a shower or cleaning your teeth can be pretty challenging: water smells very badly and rotten. It must be something related to the area but it’s a problem. So even you’re there and they claim this water is drinkable...please don’t drink that water.”

“Went camping there twice a year. The facilities were clean and maintained ok. Could have been better maintained. no places for recycling. We had to bring our own barrels and haul our own garbage out ourselves. The dorm rooms are ok. Lots of bunks and electricity.”

“Kayaked down Juniper creek. Lots of fun. Creek is very narrow and you have to navigate around submerged fallen trees. Saw a few alligators lying on the bank. Saw a buck. A group ahead of us claimed to have seen a bear.”

“This place is super. My dad really likes it there. The staff is nice and the place is neat and tidy. I have eaten lunch with my dad and the food is great and tasty. They also have good entertainment, singers and story tellers and show and tell and even a Car Show out front. Tammy who works there also make sure things are in going smoothly. Thanks again for the good work”

“We used the mini cabin during the fourth of July and had a great time. First of, the staff is super nice. Location is nice and quiet. It's perfect for a family get away and camping experience. Cabin needs some maintenance is the reason for 4 stars. I still recommend this place as a nice experience and a good value. Be aware that it is not a 5 star hotel. You need to bring all of your essentials, from soap to toilet paper. I also recommend bringing disposable plates and utensils as the kitchen and sink in the mini cabin is quite small, but who wants to wash dishes on holiday anyway?”

“This B&B is 5 star! Brantley and Ann are most gracious hosts. The grounds are charming and warm and I look forward to every time my husband and I get to stay. The extra special breakfast dining experience cuts no corners and you will feel like Irish royalty. Rooms with jacuzzis (European and Irish Blarney) are an extra special treat as well as the cottage with the outdoor jacuzzi. This getaway also has a charming pool. If you like sitting on a spacious porch southern style nestled in a cozy setting Don't Miss This!”

The owner said they have a few lots available! Put your manufactured home on one of their lots and enjoy the best of Florida!”

“Primitive campground accessible by car. Water pump and composting bathrooms. Room for large groups to camp and affordable cost. Must reserve in order to get the gate code. This is not luxury!! But it is a very nice lake with a beautiful view. Saw a few alligators around.”
