“I recently had an outstanding experience with the Village Plumber when I needed to repair a large puddle and leak in my front lawn over the water meter. I explained the issue to them over the phone, and they assured me that they would come out to take a look and provide an estimate. The following day, they called me back to schedule a visit, which they confirmed would be in four days.
