“This is a very cool place. Only things we can suggest is if you’re going with friends go in the same car due to the $30 parking. If you’re going to ride your bicycle be prepared to pedal against the wind! It’s no joke! Tons of wildlife to see and it is right up close and personal! There is also a tour ride available.”

“We were greeted with a gator on the side of the road waiting to get in. Had a bit of a wait as it is one car out, one in. But we spent the time looking for gators in the water by the road. The tram was a great way to experience the Everglades. The driver eye-spyed lots of gators and birds. We saw two nests of baby alligators. Tour guide was funny and engaging. Gave facts about everything we saw. Tour stops halfway through to go up an observation tour for 360° views. Recommend getting tickets online or calling for a reservation. Fills up fast. Also get there early as it took 45 minutes to get into the park.”

“Ernie! Wow! What an incredible experience. Ernie was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and a great driver. Ernie brought our tour through our tour and stopped numerous times for alligator sightings. Ernie demonstrated sounds used to communicate with gators and was able to safely and respectfully engaged with the local wildlife. Tips: Buy online ahead of time and pull up the confirmation email AHEAD of time. There is really spotty service which can make it challenging to pull up your email. Arrive early!! They don't take reservations so show up early and expect to wait for a bit. They have food available for purchase, too. Cash only! Buy online with a credit card or purchase in person with cash. Pros: Knowledgeable Locally owned and operated No animal enclosures!! This is the authentic experience without all the gross bells and whistles of the alligator parks. We were brought to an island and learned about the history of the tribe. Cons: It can take a bit to wait, but it'd worth it!”

“The tour was short but exciting. The crew was so helpful. My friend was on a wheelchair and they helped her get in and out of the boat so easily. The manager, Lisa if I’m not wrong brought us to a gas station closer to town because Uber was not coming that far to pick us. Over all a great experience. We loved it.”

“Amazing experience! The air boat ride was pretty awesome, but I just wished they made it a bit longer (roughly 30 mins) and spent a little bit more time at the last area so we could spot more Gators and other wildlife. The show was really cool and informative. Don't forget to bring some spare change and you will get to take pictures with a baby gator. The walking trail was also nice but short. The staff were really good and friendly, full marks to all of them.”
