Liked that they had a shuttle to and from the airport and it ran pretty true to schedule. Nice large rooms. Beds were comfy. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again if I ever had another layover in Miami.”

“Stayed at the Element Miami for 2 nights when our family's connecting flight to Milwaukee was canceled due to weather. After receiving completely unacceptable service from American Airlines, the Element front desk staff saved the mood!! At check-in Dennis was wonderful! I asked if he could match our discounted rate the next day just out of curiosity and he was more than happy to help. Day 2, the front desk agent (I wish I had remembered his name, had Email address JRios@peachtree) was also great! The guest printer was down and he suggested I email him my document for him to print. Later when I asked him about booking another night, he told me that Dennis had left him a note the night before about our rate!! Finally, Alejandro late afternoon. We asked him if we could watch Packer game on the main lobby TV, he happily put it on. Later came to engage and check on score! Bar could use some change in Ambiance to keep people from peaking their head in, leaving and going out. We watched the game in the lobby because the bar lights were too bright. Take my advice! Remove the quiet girl from the bar and dim the lights! Schedule any of these 3 engaging and smiling gentlemen behind the bar and you have it made! We will be back.”
