“I am not an experienced diver and so you would think that I would be happy with about any dive shop. But I have worked with enough to believe that the individual attention and commitment to detail and safety cannot be found everywhere. The fine people at Quiescence delivered the highlight of our trip. They made our trip personalized and accommodated our needs unlike any shop I’ve ever visited. They worked with us to accommodate a change in schedule due to weather, and they made the trip highly enjoyable for our small party. We never felt like another number and if you’ve ever been discouraged by diving with a large group, then you need to experience these guys. Captain Steve and Instructor Doug made us feel right at home and delivered a trip and experience of a lifetime.”

“There is a cruise here that takes you to a tour in Whitewater Bay. Before stepping into the cruise you will see animals coming to the water surface for breathing. Do not worry, even though they look like alligator, but yhey are not! They are manatees and they are herbivore. The most interesting thing you can see in the tour is dolphins. If you are lucky enough, you will see them and you may catch them while playing around the cruise. Alligators and crocodiles are another interesting item here. If the weather was not too col, in December/January, you will be able to see them too. The tour guide will help you to spot different birds and animals. There is around 300 different bird species living in Keys. You can spot some very beautiful birds here. The cruise price is $40 per adult and if you are visiting in December/January, take some winter cloth, since it could be cold on cruise board.”

“I had been out of diving for almost 4 years. After taking a quick refresher course, I did 4 dives with Horizon Divers over two days. Being 65 and out of diving for 4 years, I was nervous. The folks at Horizon Divers did everything possible to make me feel welcome and took their time to help me. My dive guide, Hugh, took particular interest in helping me figure out the right amount of weight. He made my dives much less stressful and more enjoyable. After the 1st two dives, I was again very relaxed and had a wonderful time. I couldn't ask for anything else from Horizon Divers, the boat crew and Hugh. I recommend Horizon Divers to anyone looking for a great dive shop and crew. I look forward to diving with them again.”

“Wasn’t sure what to expect but the kayak experience took us 45 mins out on the bayside by pontoon. Our group was dropped off at a location where we could kayak along the edge of the mangroves at our own pace for 90 mins and then we were picked up. It was a nice experience. Beautiful scenery. Some wildlife spotted. Captain KC is kind but a man of few words and that was fine for us. We had a nice time… would recommend the kayak experience if you’re in Key Largo for the day.”

“Great boat tour! We did the back country boat tour and had such a good time! Our guide Carl was super knowledgeable and fun! I don’t remember our boat captains name but anytime we saw an animal he’d back up and slow down to get back to it so everyone could see it. Both were great at spotting everything, even the very hidden crocodiles. We did the last tour at 3pm and it was beautiful. Although this time of year (February) the wind can get chilly when going fast, so I recommend a jacket.”

“The guy was very nice. I am sure he was recommending stuff to do based on his commission, but he had other insights. About the Keys and was fun to talk to. Good place to stop to get your bearings if you have never been in the Keys before.”

“What a delightful Key Largo gem of a dive operator! We've spent the last couple of winters down in Florida, renting a house on the canal. When we first came down, we had bad experiences with the local large tour boat operators. Splashing around with 30 other divers, and a crew on a timetable to get back in time for their afternoon run, is not an ideal way to see the beauty of the north Key reefs. Then we gave Lucky Fish a try, and have never looked back. Glenn and Jill (along with their excellent dive guides) provide a custom small-boat experience that is relaxing, pleasant, and personalized.”

“Wonderful experience! We booked this tour because we came with our 2 young teens and could all go together as a family of 4. Savanna was friendly, knowledgeable and a wonderful pilot. We saw a manatee and a couple sea turtles on our lighthouse/Pigeon Key tour. If and when we book another helicopter tour I will not hesitate to book with her again!”
