Called ahead to confirm all the documentation I would need for my request, the lady was pleasant and helpful. I was able to print the forms I needed at home, but they had copies available if you do not have a printer. They even have envelops to drop off paperwork. All in all, added complications due to Covid, but they have done a great job with accessible workarounds.”
