I called around 2pm and they immediately answered. They had 2 other services but were able to put us on the schedule for 5pm. They kept in constant contact and called me to update that they were heading my way. They arrived at at their exact scheduled time and by 5:27pm we had cold air again. Their prices were extremely reasonable and they did not try to nickle and dime my mom or pressure us into a new ac unit like the previous ac company that had come out years before. I requested a specific time to be picked up and they honored it in few minutes and send me a new voucher momentary. My hotel was Luxury Bahia Princibe Ambar and Rafael inform me that vehicles are not allowed to enter the Ambar section so he advice me to another location within the hotel to be picked up momentary. “This area in particular has amazing food for great prices, but this spot in particular can’t be beat! Everyone that works here is very nice, and the service is quick (I can’t even imagine how long the line would be if they weren’t as fast as they are, it literally never stops and the parking lot is always packed). You can’t beat the price either, $4 and you get a whole meal that you can honestly turn into 2 meals. Everything I’ve tried is really good, and they end up selling out of a lot of stuff really quick so I’ve tried stuff I normally wouldn’t order either. They’re usually sold out of my favorite chicken option when I come here which is kind of a bummer, but that’s just a testament to how good the food is! Definitely the type of place where the early you go the better because they’re less likely to be sold out of stuff, but like I said everything including the stuff I normally wouldn’t order tastes really good!”
