“Dr. Caroline Howell is my physician and she is the most professional, understanding, kind and patient doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. She always listens to exactly what I’m feeling and experiencing and helps come up with a game plan to help. I am so happy I discovered this clinic close to my house because I actually feel taken care of, respected, and listened to which can feel like it comes few and far between in the medical community in my past experience. Additionally, Lisbeth is always incredibly welcoming and sweet when I call to schedule appointments or check in. She’s very professional and kind! Christa also has a super friendly and kind demeanor and I’ve loved interacting with her when I’ve been there. I felt compelled to write this after an appointment I had today didn’t go exactly how I wanted. I voiced my concerns to Caroline and she listened to me and understood and we came up with a game plan. Customers were being rude and yet she still kept her composure. Which brings me to why I only gave four stars. Only two staff members for a Verizon store in a mall, on a Saturday, is not very smart. Management should’ve been there or more staff called in or something to help those two girls that were there today. Overall, great little store. This is also not a corporate store either.
