“We've only been here for two days, but are staying at least a month. I may update! One thing I'm disappointed in is that there is no free wifi here only at the community room. We were scheduled to be in the center of the park of this mostly park model, permanent homes. We have a 34' Reflection. Too tight. So Mike called and made other arrangements. Much better. The pool is very nice. The community room is spacious, nice library, lots of activities going on every day. People are very friendly! It's an older park but pretty well maintained. No problems so far. We were recently at Yankee Traveler in Largo FL. One unique thing about that park is dogs are allowed in one location in the park. Here, dogs are everywhere. Not being a big or even a little fan of dogs, I liked them in one spot. We're definitely staying for the month. We just need to decide if we want to stay another month before going back to TN. We did stay another month. There are so many activities going on! Cards, sewing, trips, etc. The city of Zephyrhills isn't very far away and has just about everything you need. We would definitely plan to return here.”

“My parents wintered at Hunter's Run for 28 years. We bought the park model from them 5 years ago. We love the activities and the people are so friendly. We have met so many new friends from the states and Canada. The association is what keeps us coming back. The park owners put in some great pickleball courts that we love. The expanded pavilion is very nice. Rates are reasonable.”

“Adorable, "old Florida," in a good way! Spacious spots, roads are paved and winding with lots of mature shade trees. Park is very well maintained, swimming pool is delightful. The place is huge with well over 500 sights, but feels like a gentle little town. Many of the sights have very old built-on-to trailers that have full time residents, but they seem to "work" in this special nook of Florida.”

“My wife and I love Suncoast RV Resort. We are blessed to be able to use it for our home away from home. Other reviews have pointed out issues regarding flooding during heavy rains, palm trees needing trimmed etc. while these things are true, we are confident that plans are underway to remedy these issues. If I had a specific complaint, it would be the loss of James, the former Maintenance Supervisor. From day one of moving in, James welcomed us and went out of his way to address any issues we had. If I was working on my site, it never failed that he would stop by and see if I had any issues or complaints. I saw him do the same exact thing everyday with other guests. No disrespect to any of the current employees, but it seems different without him on property, utilizing his people skills and genuinely caring about folks and issues at the resort. Funny how changes in staff can impact the overall vibe and feel of a property. Denise the manager has also been wonderful to us both since day one. She has always been respectful, kind, and accommodating to us. We hope to continue to utilize this gem of a property for as long as they will have us.”

“Dr. Hill is an amazing doctor! I had neck and back pain for several years due to military deployments. Dr. Hill began treating me and I feel so much better and often go several days without pain now. Her technique is unique to any chiropractor I have ever been to. She goes above and beyond what any other office offers. She also provides acupuncture, ultrasound, and interferential therapy. She truly cares about getting the patient better and not just making them come back for endless treatment plans. Not only is it easy to get your preferred appointment time, she makes it a point to know you and call you by your name. Dr. Hill is personable, she takes her time to address all your questions, and she cares about making her patients feel better. I cannot recommend her enough!”

“Nice office and cleaning staff. Our lot was very large with long patio (the width of much of the site). Gravel pad, but paved roads. A lot of grass, which is nice. Mostly permanent renters and many with nicely landscaped sites. No frills, outdated bathroom was clean (and that was before cleaning staff came through in the morning). Kind of pricey at $60 for FHU pull-thru. I would definitely recommend.”
