“Well, I now know why Roger’s Cleaners has almost 5 stars. I had an issue with the service I received a few weeks ago. A manager called me right after I voiced my concern. Ron was incredibly helpful, accountable and professional. I was completely taken away when he not only apologized for the issue then thanked me for my feedback and also made the situation right immediately over the phone. Wow. Just...wow. You don’t find service like that in a lot of places. Thank you, Ron! I would definitely recommend this cleaner.”
