Turns out they were from quite awhile ago and couldn't be further from the current reality. ACTS Keystone literally saved my life. The staff from the Program Director, especially the therapists, nurses and the technicians, had a more profound impact on my path to recovery then I could ever have dreamed possible. If you like I was are reading these reviews contemplating the decision to take the plunge, DO IT. Do it, and never look back. ACTS was my first attempt at treatment ever, and I cannot stress enough what an amazing program this is. If your worried about being patronized like any other medical facility, Boy do I have news for you. The staff work hard, and I MEAN above and beyond to create a comfortable and therapeutic environment for the clients. Not to blow up anyone's spot but most of them have first hand knowledge about the struggles of addiction. You will have a place to sleep, hot water, pretty good food, and if you go in homeless and complete the program, you will not leave that way. The staff creates a comfortable friendly environment, and as the time passes it almost becomes a family of its own. As I am writing this I am 6 months and 1 day clean and I honestly owe it all to ACTS Keystone. To the staff of acts I don't know if you read these, but thank you. “I was referred to Simone by a friend. I was intrigued by the benefits of reflexology, particularly in reducing pain (in my feet), enhancing relaxation (super hyper person), and reducing psychological symptoms, such as my own anxiety and depression. I can't provide enough kudos for Simone. I had been searching for some time to find an experienced, professional, and effective reflexology practitioner that works in a relaxing space, and that I want to return to again and again. She takes the time to truly listen, is extremely intuitive, and above all incredibly kind. Simone just on her energy alone, she has an overall calming personalty. My first treatment was amazing and I must say that my feet feel lighter due to increased circulation and reduced inflammation around my ankle joints; just feeling better overall. Had a follow-up session, one week later and symptoms are still gone. There is no question Simone's work has left me feeling better lately. I would highly recommend Simone.”

“I went into the store at approximately 8 AM getting gas feeling a bit tired. I was met with smiles and positive attitude from everyone on the staff. I didn’t know where coffee or cream was and they were there to assist me with the machine and to help me anyway they could.
