Platinum Wrench called the next morning ! We were incredibly grateful to hear back so quickly for a estimate and an idea of what had to be done. “I came to Suncoast as I needed a tire replaced and it was the closest tire shop to my house. I had 1 tire that needed to replaced and I already had the other tire to replace it. I called Thursday and they were able to work me in Friday morning. They made sure the other tire I had was safe to put on my car as I wasn’t sure if the rim was bent or not. They updated me throughout the whole process and got my tire switched out in under 15 minutes. It was the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a “car maintenance” business and for the first time ever, this shop wasn’t trying to take advantage of me/trying to get me to buy unnecessary things. Instead, when I went to go checkout, they told me I don’t owe them anything and to have a good day. The owner is incredibly nice and it’s clear he cares for his customers. This place is amazing!”

“3 weeks ago my car was broken into while I was up in north Georgia. My insurance uses Safelite so I just went with them at first. While in Georgia they said that this glass would take about a week or more to get in, so I scheduled it for down here in Florida thinking by the time I get back the window will come in and I will get it fixed. Yes, I drove from Georgia to Tampa Bay area with plastic and tape on my Window. Cut to two weeks later I still didn't have a window with no ETA in sight. I googled for another window installer and Bay Area Auto Glass came up. Called on a Saturday and Debbie answered! She was so helpful and sweet. I suggested where we might be able to get the window I needed, she did her own research and went the extra mile to order the OEM window I wanted. Two days later they had the window and scheduled for installation. The service techs came out and installed it within 30 mins. It looks great and works great! Customer service is such a big deal, and Debbie went the extra mile to really help someone in need and for that I thank her and Bay Area Auto Glass.”

“Took my brand new Acura RDX to get the front windows tinted to match the rear windows. Scott did a great job. Didn’t take long at all. What impressed me about Scott was his friendliness and the way he respect your property to make sure to keep the mess as minimum as possible by covering the door panel and the dash. I know tinting windows is already a messy task but making sure to minimize the mess is a plus. Lifetime warranty on the tint AND labor is a must and Scott will stand by his product and craftsmanship as long as you own your vehicle. Can’t go wrong with that. I will definitely use Scott again for all my tinnitus g needs.”

“Found Pat through Facebook & Google reviews and called him up. Brought my 1988 F150 in for a drooping headliner and wanted to get some more cosmetic work done. He repainted my rims, painted my motor, cleaned up the hood of my truck, cleaned the interior, defogged my headlights & brake-lights, AND did the headliner all within ONE day for $300! He knows his stuff! Very friendly and is proud of his work and shop. He wont screw you over or overcharge for things. He prefers cash. He wont give exact estimates, but to give you an idea, he has an hourly of $60. So go in expecting to pay less than a typical body shop, but also don't be surprised if it's more than what was originally stated. The only downside is on my way home one of the hubcaps fell off and got dented when someone else ran over it, but I'm sure Pat will fix it. I'm going to have him repaint my truck and fix a few other things here soon. Thanks Pat !”
