“Literally the only stable to go to in st.pete. The trainer Kacey and her staff have an unprecedented level of professionalism. The knowledge and experience she can offer her students is exceptional. She pays attention to every detail. Her style focuses on rewarding students with positive reinforcement. When they make mistakes she let's them know in a positive and professional manner. I have never seen this woman EVER act unprofessional. Any bad reviews this stable has ever gotten are false. I've walked through this establishment. These are the happiest horses I have ever seen. The students are engaged and want to come to these classes. I have a friend taking classes here and I've been there to watch. I am thoroughly impressed and floored by how good she is. All her students are winners and so is she.”

“Our stay at the Bennington Bungalow was an experience we will remember forever. As a little family get-away, this condo was perfect with its beach theme and fresh decor. The master bedroom included a luxurious and comfortable king bed. The little office nook was perfect for school or work. We enjoyed many fun activities, as beaches and places to shop are just 10-20 minutes away. We also found time to relax on the balcony right on the water overlooking the bayou. This included seeing beautiful sunsets every night. Rhonda and Doug truly thought of everything to make the stay stress-free by providing a little of everything you need to get you started. This was a dream vacation, and we will be back to stay at the Bennington Bungalow!”

“We stayed at the bungalows all week and had an incredible time being able to wake up and be right on the beach and start relaxing every morning! With the bungalow there is a pristine secluded beech area perfect for family and friends to hang out and play some games, and if you need to cool down the water is less then 100ft away. The bungalow is in an amazing location and is close to several restaurants, bars, and shopping areas all within walking distance. One of the best features of the bungalow was being able to watch the sunset from the living room, or relaxing on the swing located on the ground level and watch the sunset. We had an amazing and relaxing vacation, and we will definitely be back!”

“The condo was beautiful. The management and people pretending to be management were aweful. A lady named Karen that was a condo "watcher" and not owner caused so much trouble over an open parking spot. This was an 8person condo and she claimed that we only got 2 parking spots. This is the slow time in Florida plus the fact that we are covered in Covid-19. They should of been greatful that someone wanted to rent 1 of their condos instead of being so rude about it. Every place we visited was just about desserted. Karen tried her hardest to ruin our vacation. She is the rudest woman ever. If you decide to rent here, like i said the condo was super nice. Problem was with the know it all woman and the lady in the office that tried to throw usout after Karen talked to her. Im disabled and was definitely discriminated against by the management. I would not stay here again for free. Awful people to plan a great vacation with”

“We came for a little vacation with no reservation and we were booked within an hour of departing. Justice and Justin made it all easy. We found conch shells, clams, and other sea creatures. We saw 5 dolphins around our boat. It was easy, fun and the guys let us know exactly where to go. Boat was clean and everything was well organized. Great canopy kept the blazing sun and rain off us. Docking was easy. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!”

“We just stayed at the Tiki Hut cottage in March 2020 for a glorious week. Now if you are the Marriott crowd then this may not be your thing but we loved the old school vibe, friendly people and staff and the most beautiful beach in the USA only 100 steps to the sand. It didn't hurt that the week was sunny and 80 every day. The kitchen has everything you will need. The bedroom has a comfy king bed with ceiling fan. Captain Al is helpful with questions and very Knowledgeable about the area. The hot tub is fun and there are umbrellas and beach chairs for guest use. Also has bicycles that we used everyday to explore the island. THE best part of this cottage is the Tiki hut/table in the front yard facing the street. Fun people watching while enjoying a cool drink. Thank you Captain Al, Terry, Amanda and staff! Hope to be back next year!”
