“This is one of the nicer privately owned parks we've stayed at (it's hard to compete with state parks!). Our first KOA. It was a good experience overall, we didn't try the showers. They had to turn off the water for a repair but it was only down a couple of hours.”

“I noticed a few bad reviews with this company and was a little cautious in the beginning but I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know that we had a fabulous time renting from Greenberg. We stayed in a beautiful camper at Disney's fort wilderness resort that we rented from Greenberg. The delivery and set up team were great and the reservation process was simple and easy and cost effective. We will definitely be booking with you again and we suggest this company to anyone. People are so quick to post a negative reviews cause something didn't go their way, but not many post positive. So here's a positive review for Greenberg. Happy Holidays to all. 5 star all the way”

“From Tom and Tricia : One of the best RV parks we have stayed in.... Plenty of guests have been returning here for as long as this park has existed. No frills... but extremely clean... lots of activities .... and the staff is great. Jo is very helpful ... and Frank the owner is a great guy... we just left to go to Vero Beach..... on the 1st and will miss these people ....”

“I visited a friend in a 55+ community. I was surprised to see many golf carts in the car ports. There's a variety of activities and even a community center where may of the persons who live there are able to enjoy services. Note: buying a mobile home means you don't own your land. Hire a professional to explain it all before purchasing there”

“With a name like "Mouse Mountain" so close to Disney we assumed it allowed kids. NOPE! At least not for long stays anyways. Had to leave the next morning but they were VERY nice and even helped us find a close RV park that allowed kids.”
