Avery from start to finish was punctual and had excellent communication. On the first day we talked for near an hour discussing everything that could and would be done. He took measurements to ensure an accurate estimate on paint quantity needed and provided an estimate on the same day. I agreed to the work right then and he got started the following day. Throughout the course of the work there were other small tasks that needed to be done and Avery agreed to handle them and just added the labor and material to the total. They were accommodating to our schedule, patient when we had them measure a few times and always on time. We asked for installation on closing day and move in day in our home and they showed up ready to work! We had our shutters installed our first night in our new home and appreciated the immediate privacy. We got multiple quotes and not only was their pricing the best, the quality far exceeds other competitors. We had other companies tell us shutters don’t come without the cheap looking staples holding the slide bar, and that was not true. Shades & Co. offers the best quality shutters with slides that are built in and no exposed staples! The framing around the window is beautiful and was installed perfectly. We are so so happy and this was absolutely worth the investment!”

“Had a great experience with this place today. Needed to get my open water diver license refresher course so I could get back to having fun scuba diving and these folks are it fun and easy. I went with a bathing suit and towel and little else but they helped me find excellent equipment at affordable prices and the course was cheap too. Don Bailey was my instructor and he knows what he is doing. He had me up and going again in no time and made the whole experience fantastic as he is super friendly. I hope to go to the Keys with them in the coming weeks and would absolutely recommend going here for any scuba needs. He said they have been helping new child swimmers for 30 years too. So much cool stuff to buy as well. Nothing but great things to say about this place!”

“I just wanted to say how great my experience was on Monday afternoon. I went in to purchase some tile to finish my bathroom. When what I needed wasn't on the shelf I asked for help. In comes Stan from the Flooring Department. Stan was kind, helpful and was very interested in making sure I got what I needed. After Stan found a forklift driver, retrieved the product from overstock and helped me load my cart with the 10 boxes I needed. After that I needed some mosaic tile for trim and your store was out. Stan called the north side store but got put on hold, not wanting me to wait around Stan took my cell phone number and called me after he clarified they had my product. He spoke with Brannon and they had the tile waiting when I arrived. Stan customer service help is what keeps me coming back to your store. I always get great help from Ron, Louis and Dale and now Stan is another go to guy!!!! Thank you so very much!!!”
