This is a family run school that really makes everyone feel like part of the family. They care so much about their students it is refreshing compared to most martial arts schools we've been to. If you want to help your child improve in confidence, physical fitness, and integrity this is the place to come to. I started working with Adam when I was at my worst shape physically and he has helped me change my life and stay focused on my goals! He continually changes up the workouts to keep it interesting and is an expert on knowing how to push someone just enough but not too much! “Weight room: Small gym for students with good equipment and friendly staff. The workers will spot you and give you towels and soap if you ask. The gym is the perfect size for a great workout where you won't lose focus and rarely need to wait on equipment. There are also exercise classes and a pool which I have not tried.”
