“My son goes for therapy here twice a week, for almost a year. Since day one we were treated like family. The scheduling was smooth, the evaluation process was professional. He has multiple therapists and they are all exceptional Derrion, his occupational therapist, Nelson and Charity both his speech therapists. Since we started at Beth Ingram my son is thriving, nicely able to adjust to his cerebral palsy and overcome his speech delay. As for the staff, I am amazed how both Rose and Abby at the front desk are able to maneuver back and forth between English and Spanish speaking patients. How professionally they are handling cancellations, rescheduling and all sorts of difficulties. They always go over and beyond when it comes to our appointments and I have no doubt everybody is treated the very same way. They are always cheerful and polite as soon as you walk in, and that is the first impression you want to get, when you leave your child there for their session. The place in overall is always clean and organized. So in general I do highly recommend them.”

“I used Karden Renovations after my friend/neighbor recommended him when I was needing to get the interior of my house painted in preparation for a sale. Avery from start to finish was punctual and had excellent communication. On the first day we talked for near an hour discussing everything that could and would be done. He took measurements to ensure an accurate estimate on paint quantity needed and provided an estimate on the same day. I agreed to the work right then and he got started the following day. Throughout the course of the work there were other small tasks that needed to be done and Avery agreed to handle them and just added the labor and material to the total. “I moved into Emerald Run Apartments with my college roommate after we graduated from Southeastern University in 2017. We felt it was a nice apartment and super affordable, plus we knew some other students had been there and really liked it. Honestly, Emerald Run was an amazing apartment complex to be in! My roommate moved out and my husband ended up moving in and the process was made easy with Amanda at the front office. We always felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Overall, the other tenants were either very friendly or just kept to themselves. Amanda, along with Lyle and one of the maintenance guys, Jesse, made living there amazing. We moved out in summer of 2021 due to relocating for a job. I can fully recommend moving into Emerald Run Apartments!”
