I’m able to complete the routines without constantly modifying moves and have yet to experience knee pain. Very low impact that works the entire body. Since it’s a small studio, with only 3 reformers, I get specific coaching immediately if I’m not doing a move correctly. I’m not lost in a room of overcrowded reformers wondering if I’m doing it correctly. Love this studio.”

After they started the job; the team notified us right away we had more rotten decking than figured that needed replacing and did so without delay. The job was still completed in one day, removed all the original roofing, installed ice n water, new drip edge, vents, and flashed/caulked stacks.
