“In my opinion the spicy chicken was fried very hard. It looked like it was beginning to burn before they took it out the hot oil. Some of the pieces were still pink inside. For the seasoned rice it was hard like not cooked all the way. I spent $24.00 and wound up throwing it away. I've been eating there on and off since 1997 when I moved to Florida. The gentleman (Hispanic) has great customer service skills. The staff in the kitchen didn't seem to helpful as he was trying to help with questions that prior customers were asking.”

In 5 years we've never had an issue with any order! Family and staff work together to expedite order producing yummy, well portioned meals at customer friendly prices. I only wish 2 things... Foodwise... Please add tiny spicy chicken to the menu. For efficiency..Take my name or number with my order, as to not make me repeat my entire order upon pick up. Again, China House, Ft. “Our first pop in after driving by dozens of times! They did such a good job setting up the store with everything you may need for fresh, salt + fly fishing even! I don't pretend to be an expert fishing person- more the grandpa took me fishing a few times and I have a $30 pole but wanted to see what they offered. Staff were INCREDIBLY friendly to me and my kiddos and will be back! They even offer seminars though they year and have a rewards program”

“AMAZING PLACE!!!! The fields are currently full of zinnias and sunflowers. The fruit stand (larger and nicer than a normal fruit stand) is currently selling peach lemonade and peach milkshakes with lots of other desserts including cobbler, bread, etc. the fruits involved in the desserts change depending on the season. The peach milkshake was INCREDIBLE!!! The employees are so so Kind and helpful. Everything is fairly priced and the flowers in the field are gorgeous and abundant. Perfect place for professional pictures, etc”

“We learned from True Plumbers that we had a water leak from the outside of the house where a sprinkler was directly striking my daughter's window. True Builders sent Michael and Danny out within 2 hours to assess the damage. Fortunately, the drywall was undamaged, but the carpet is pretty gross. We will need to have that replaced, soon. All of the technicians from True Builders and True Plumbers were very professional and completely honest in their assessment of the situation and what was actually needed. It was such a relief to deal with people of integrity. Thanks again to JP, Dallas, Michael and Danny. If you ask for these guys by name you will not be disappointed.”

I can tell her what I have in mind, and she works wonders. Chrissy is my other stylist. If Maria is busy, Chrissy is just as talented. I get tons of compliments on my hair when either of these talented ladies hook me up. This salon also offers full waxing and esthetician services by appointment, teeth whitening and tanning. It is back under the origional management now.”

“James was a very nice man. Unfortunately my son who does HVAC work has passed away, and I am not sure if I am actually getting quality work, when I call service people. I only had one bad experience with Frank Gay and they fixed it in a timely manner, which is great. But again I am unsure if I am getting quality work. James mounted my air filter vent door to my wall, which I greatly appreciate. I do not know what exactly was wrong with the system because it wasn’t explained to me, he took off a rubber pipe thing and replaced it with what looks like black duct tape, 🤷🏽♀️ and stuck a white pipe out of it, I am unsure what that was suppose to do, then he went out back and touched the spout in the ground near my system and my camera captured each step but I am unclear what he done. 🤷🏽♀️. Long story short I paid $343 for him to change my filter and mount my filter vent door on the wall. Oh wait he said he didn’t charge me for that. So I paid $343 for him to change my filter, switch out my rubber tube to what looks like duct tape and he said he flushed something 🤷🏽♀️. What puzzled me is that he showed me 2 prices, $343 and $309 and he asked me which I would like to pay. I said the $309, he said ok I signed and then I inquired about a receipt, he then said he will send it later tonight or if I don’t receive it by then just call the service and ask for one 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏽♀️. Well he didn’t charge me the $309, I checked my bank account and he charged we the $343. I am unsure why he gave me a choice and did the opposite 🤷🏽♀️. Over all he was a great guy and he did mounted my filter vent door “ free of charge” 😏 I used Frank Gay services 3 times the first time I had a BAD experience, the second time, the tech came out and fixed the first techs damage. He was great and explain everything thoroughly. My third time which was today the tech was nice, I am unsure what was wrong and what was fixed because it wasn’t explained. However, the experience was better then the first and my home is cool again. I wish Frank gay would give their customers itemized receipts stating what we are actually paying for.”
