“Enjoyed the fish and shrimp ceviche and arroz chaufa with beef. Very good fried yuca and chicken empanadas. The place could be a little cleaner. Fun fact: all 4 of these spellings are acceptable according to the Spanish dictionary: cebiche, ceviche, sebiche, seviche. I was today years old when I learned this; I looked it up after seeing a spelling in the menu that I wasn't used to.”
