There are all different ages and skill levels and I love that every workout is different. They tell you why you’re doing certain moves and how it will improve your life outside of exercising. “Really loved the atmosphere and unique classes that Row House provides. It’s an INCREDIBLE workout and it’s actually fun, yes the f word! It challenges you and motivates you to keep up and push yourself. Your class stats after every session are logged in their system where they email them to you or you can log into the app to check them out. This allows you to continually check your progress and always have a goal to crush your previous stats or stay steady. In addition, the owners and staff were beyond kind and so helpful. I will absolutely be returning for more and I can’t wait!!”

At 3 form fitness, I feel right at home, all while getting one of the best workouts in at the same time.
