“I just came back from visiting my mom at Complex Care Hospital at Ridgelake, I live in Ohio and she had been transferred there from a hospital in Tampa. I was most impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff and care takers. The entrance is bright and welcoming and her room was clean and comfortable. The case worker knew I was only there for a few days and was willing to meet with me and my family to help us make the right choices for my mom. She was empathetic to our needs and very reassuring to my Dad that the right plans would be put into action. I felt she really listened to what was most important to us as we look down the road. During a very difficult time like this, it is nice to know that my mom is being given the support and care she needs.”

“Recently had a procedure at this hospital--could not have been better! The surgical staff was GREAT! So pleasant, professional, and caring. They were very pleasant towards each other and everyone sanitized their hands when entering and leaving my room. This new hospital so beautiful- Makes an attitude difference for care. Dumpy places feel like your getting dumpy care. I bet it makes a difference on the employees too. These are things patients notice that the staff may not be aware of. Not that I want another procedure....but if I need one -it will be at SMH Venice!”

“My Mom, has been in Beneva Lakes Assisted Living Center for two years now. I've visited twice for four weeks during that time, saw the staff operate, Nurses provide care and overall cleanliness daily. The facility is well maintained, the Nurses and Receptionists are ALL friendly and go out of the way to help. The rooms are large, there's a game room, a library, Nurses stations, daily package/mail delivery, and a nice dining room. Even the hallways always look good. My mom, unexpectedly lost her vision to cataracts, which makes double tough for her until cataract surgery, but she has been managing well with help from the staff. The one thing that all the residents here complain about is the food, but I am told they are working on improving it. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU TO ALL THE WONDERFUL NURSES AND RECEPTIONISTS THAT TAKE SUCH GOOD CARE OF MY MOM.”

“First word out of my mouth was “Wow” upon entering this faculty. We went in for my father in law's monthly injection after his kidney transplant. We were amazed at how tranquil this new faculty is. It was somewhat like you’d imagine a day spa, quiet, clean and even smelled nice. You have the option of sitting in your own little room with a tv on or off, or you can sit just outside the room that somewhat overlooks a pond. Chairs if I remember correctly were also recliners. To make our time there even better was a nurse named Corine (I hope I spelled that right). She was gentle and somewhat nurturing to my fathers needs. He’s usually very stubborn but she managed to somehow keep him calm and somewhat speechless. He was very impressed with her technique that caused not even a pinch of pain. We will definitely be going back and recommend anyone you know that needs these injections to consider them as well.”

“I was very nervous as a first time mom, first prenatal appointment. I had a doctor I wanted to see, but my insurance said nope.. so after waiting a month for no reason I had two choices and had to be seen asap as I am leading towards the second trimester.. the waiting room was not very reassuring. Staff was okay, but not ot of communication as to when I would be seen.. I expressed my nervousness to the take in nurse Roberto, and he tried very hard to find out what was wrong, and asked a few times If I felt better than I did upon arrival, i did of course. Then while meeting the midwife Jayla, she also made me feel very comfortable. The wait for labs was a while, but they took me back as soo as they could. By the time I left I was smiling and feeling confident. I didn't care for the wait or drive, but the Staff were 10/10. Thank you guys for yesterday! & all of the information provided, and prenatals. Will be back in 4 weeks, not so nervous!”

“Friendly staff and clean facility. No long wait times. Saw Brittney and she was fabulous! She made my dad (the patient) feel very comfortable. Answered all questions. Did not feel rushed during appointment time. Thoroughly explained my dad’s diagnosis and how to treat it. Her assistant was just as fabulous, she wrote down notes and recommendations of products to use along with immediately sending over the prescriptions to my dads pharmacy. The staff seemed very friendly to help which made the visit feel very smooth! :)”
