The diligence he showed in coordinating our repair with others while maintaining the rest of the operations of the store was impressive to say the least. He was fair, professional, diligent and courteous to all the customers and employees that came in for his assistance. It still shocks me that he is the only employee who manages the store each day they are open. His dedication to the company, the employees and most importantly the customers is impressive and refreshing. I truly hope the company recognizes the absolute gem they have running the Sarasota location and does whatever it takes to keep Mike there. He truly embodies customer service and what it means to be a fantastic manager. I will 100% return to Carsmetics as long as Mike is there to fix any further issues I may face. He is one of a kind.”

“Neat spot to walk through. Recommend going in the morning when the sun isn’t so hot! Loved the packing house views and the little church. Also liked the building with the shell wall. We wished there was more of those types of things to read and see out of the heat. Super interesting. The butterfly house was cool, but I don’t like things landing on me, so it was a quick run through for me. For $20, it’s a neat activity to do with your family or friends. Online tickets were easy to order, although there is no discount for purchasing them this way.”
