“Frank at the Superior CO Verizon store helped my wife and I purchasing two new IPhones. My new iPhone had shut down after an overnight charge about a week later (New Years Eve) on a Saturday and I couldn’t start it up. It is my business phone which is important. Frank answered my call even though he wasn’t at the Verizon office and was his day off. He helped me to reset it to get it turned back on.
