In my service time with Senior Home Companions, I have come to appreciate how hard the office staff work to accommodate the individual needs of clients and staff. SHC office staff try very hard to make a favorable match which often leads to long term working relationships. Caregivers are known to spend many years with the same client resulting in increased trust and comfort as time goes by .
