  I decided to try Big O Tires in Arcadia because they recently opened and the location is very convenient. Everything went great👍! Mike, the service representative, was very friendly and helpful. He even looked for specials for the service to save me $. Another thing I appreciated was that he wasn't trying to sell me more service, something I dread about auto service. The store/waiting room was very clean and comfortable.
  I recommend this shop for auto service, the prices are fair and service is great!

  I took advantage of a tire special recently. The lobby and waiting area was very comfortable with coffee sodas and water for customers. They made suggestion without any high pressure tactics and the staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Actually a really good, comfortable experience for tire purchase. Definitely recommend

  I found a nail in my tire on a Sunday afternoon. I had trouble locating a tire store open that day, but found a gem in Big O Arcadia. They got me in right away, the service was speedy, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the entire process was a breeze. They even worked with my tire protection plan to ensure my reimbursement so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. Special shout out to Mike, who helped me, and Butch the owner.
  
  If you're even in a tire crunch or just need a new set of tires, Big O Arcadia is the place to go. Thank you Big O Arcadia for helping me out!

  I came in because my tire blew out and I needed somewhere close to take it. Ended up replacing all four with their buy2-get2 deal and getting some other necessary services done. Mike was incredibly helpful and I could tell he was being genuine in his recommendations. He didn't talk down to me once, which is unfortunately what I typically experience when getting my car worked on. Great service for the car and fantastic customer service from Mike.

  They treated me great. They picked my car up at work to work on it, and picked me up later so I could get my car. They helped me and guided me towards the best deal for what I needed. Would strongly recommend them as they have high integrity in their jobs and truly care for their customers.
