(August 29, 2019, 11:39 pm)Floors look almost like new. We haven't had our tile floors cleaned or sealed since installation. That was 10 years ago. The grout lines in high traffic area of kitchen floor were really dirty. Color of these grout lines are still a little darker than areas where rugs have covered the tiles. Very professional service from phone calls to office, receiving our estimate, and completing the work. All our questions were answered. All staff are friendly. Price was less than 2 other bids we had gotten. We will definitely call them in the future if needed.

He was very knowledgeable and very friendly my only concern was the fact that after the cleaning the carpet did not look that much better than prior to the cleaning but as the person explained to me it was that type of carpet that would be very hard to be cleaned spotless. I also have to say that I called on a Monday morning and they were able to fit me in Monday afternoon so that in itself is plus. Would I use them again? Yes I would.

They treated me so well and I was sad to leave but had some things I had to deal with. Doug and barb are amazing people who pay well and give you the hours needed to get a decent check. Also they do amazing work all about quality over anything else.
