“Food 10 / Service 0....have been to many Olive garden restaurants and always had great food and service. Went to The Villages FL Olive garden with my parents (I'm from down south) the food tonight, as always, was very good. However the service from our waitress was not at all pleasant. She could definitely use some customer service lessons or find a job that doesn't require interaction with people.. very displeased. Wish we had the waitress from the table across from us . She was happy and friendly. 10/9/19 adding to my review after corresponding with the manager of this Olive garden. I appreciate that the restaurant manager responded immediately to my concerns and really was concerned. Because of him I turned my 3stars back to 5. Again the food has always been fantastic at this location and so has the wait staff. Perhaps just an off night for our particular server.”

“I popped by in the afternoon for a flu vaccination. I had thought to call ahead and make an appointment but where is the adventure in that? Last winter I was struck by both the flu and bronchitis and quickly came to the conclusion that experiencing a second act would not be wise. This year I would heed the advice of others and vaccinate. But what would this process be like? As it happens the pharmacist asks that you fill out a short questionnaire. There might be a bit more to it if you are not in their computer system but I have been a Walgreens patron for some time. The wait time between completing the form and getting the shot was less than five minutes. I would consider the pharmacy to have been low to moderately busy. The counter never without a customer while the drive-thru was buzzing with activity. Correct staffing levels are always a win. The women the vaccination was swift and the injection relatively (mostly relatively) painless. I should have paid better attention but I would guess that it was around twelve minutes from arrival to departure. An excellent and positive experience.”

I had an issue with my phone and the manager bent over backwards to try and help me. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store. If I could I would give them 10 stars.”

“I am very picky about my beard, but it needed a professional trim. Sammie was AWESOME!!!! She washed, conditioned and trimmed my beard to perfection... the best it has ever looked. Then she went the extra mile and even blew the hairs off my hat that I was holding. Sammie is now the only one to touch my beard. Great friendly atmosphere and staff as well. Everyone seemed to be so in tuned to their customers. Keep up the great work!!!”

“This boutique is a gem! I recently purchased a bracelet here as a gift while I was vacationing. Unfortunately it was too small but I had already left town and would not be returning anytime soon. I called Kylie’s Closet and was told I could exchange it. When they received the bracelet, Josie contacted me right away and gave me the best service. The larger size would have cost me extra but she took care of it for me. Josie made my day! I am very thankful to her for her prompt service and I recommend anyone visiting The Villages to definitely stop by and check out their beautiful selection!”
