“As I wasn't sure exactly where I was going or what to expect, I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment. The front desk/greeter was quite pleasant & quickly realized she was missing just 1 piece of information, took that & asked me to have a seat. Prepared to be waiting a while, I emersed myself in my book and almost missed the calling of my name just minutes later. The technician (Stephanie?) directed me back to the testing room with pleasantries and a smile. She explained every aspect of the tests with knowledge and a bit of humor and after wiping down anything that my skin could possibly come in contact with, tested away. She answered any and all of my questions, took extra precautions when I freaked a bit to make sure I was OK with the procedure and after we were done, walked me to the door with a genuinely sincere "Have a nice day". All in all, I dealt with pleasant, knowledgeable people.”

“While visiting family in the area I found myself in need of a back adjustment. I was able to make an appointment and consult with Dr. Rose on the same day. After a couple x-rays, Dr. Holden treated me and I was on my way. They made a second appointment for the following day and I was given the option of cancelling if I felt it was not necessary. The clinic has prescribing staff and so not only did I get the needed adjustments, I also left with a prescription for muscle relaxers to help with an 800 mile drive home.”

“Three weeks ago, my mom and I took my 102 yo grandmother to Express Hearing Care. My grandmother is blind and in a wheelchair and had broken her hearing aids. She needed new ones. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with this office. Don did a hearing test on her, determined what she needed within a reasonable price point and fit her for new hearing aids. I might add that Don has gone over and above. Given my grandmothers age and limitations, after this initial visit, for the follow up visits he offered to go to the assisted living facility where she resides nearby to continue the same level of high care he provides from his office so we did not need to stress my grandmother out by taking her out of the facility. I would absolutely highly recommend this office and Don. Way to go for this high level of service you provide! Thank you so much.”
