“Had a outstanding experience at this dealership during the purchase of our Alfa Romeo Giulia. We shopped for a new car for almost a year and over that time we stopped at a lot of dealer’s test-driving cars and gathering information. On a whim, while on vacation to Daytona Beach last Christmas we stopped in and where very impressed with how they treated us and took us seriously (even though we live 600 miles away), We stopped in again while in vacation mid-summer, again while on vacation and found the car we wanted. But the wife wanted to consider a few more option and I wanted to see what was coming in the next model year. This was the second visit, several months later, and we were remembered when we walked in. The visit was a pleasure, we were taken seriously and there were no high-pressure games. “Well, the first thing that I liked was the fact that the service department is located in a building with automatic doors, when you pull your car up to the door it opens, you pull up to the next available space, and the door closes behind you. It was a very cold day, and wonderful that we were out of the high winds while we checked our car in! I needed an alignment and was told an hour and 15 minutes. They had it done in 45! They have a very comfortable waiting room, and a great coffee machine that does cappuccino, and hot chocolate, which satisfied my ten-year-old. Before the hot chocolate was cool enough for him to drink, they were finished with my car. I was also very surprised how competitive their prices were. They were cheaper then the repair shops locally, and they did not give me a mile-long list of recommended repairs. I just didn't expect that from a dealership. Also they made sure that I didn't have any recalls outstanding. They sent me off with a smile, and washed my car too!”
