“I am a resident. What I like about this development are the many trees and crazy hills. My neighbors are very friendly and very kind. When a resident is in need you can be sure that your neighbors are there in one way or another. The event coordinator always plans fun activities. Often there is an event offering breakfast or dinners for certain occasions. Usually a small fee is charged. Oh don't forget the annual rummage sale held in the club house. There is also a breakfast and dinners to meet and greet your neighbors. Many of my neighbors stay very involved with club activity's and lunch bunches.”

“Oak Hill fish camp is the truth. Awesome location. Nice little cabins and very peaceful. Captain Phil is a great guy. He loaned me a cast net, gave me some frozen shrimp and put me on some fish. I’ve been here 3 times and I’ll be back for sure.”

“I just moved in a month ago. Of course I like it here! Friendly, small mobile home park. We have a view of the lighthouse and there's saltwater fishing just steps away!! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because there isn't a pool but that also keeps lot rent down.”

“We are about 60 feet away from the Intercoastal Waterway. Awesome. Management is outstanding they really care about your comfort. Dawn goes out of her way to assist and help. Would've given a 5 star rating if the drinking water was better. We will return next year. This park is not a resort but a Great Fishing camp with good people. Dog friendly!”

“My husband and I stayed here for the first and we loved it. First time we came to this area we fell in love. The owners of Carter's are wonderful. We are even wanting to buy a home in the park. Lots of restaurants within a few miles. Must visit Flagler Ave for shops, restaurants and fun night life and direct access to the beach. Very short drive to Daytona as well. Great place to enjoy during bike week. Great boat ramp at Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge for a $10.00 fee.”

“Would have given five stars however they do not have a kids play area and dog area is very small. Other than that really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and nice campground and marina. The sites were massive, with good gravel coverage could use more water pressure but everyone was nice. One of the top KOA we have been to.”
