When I got there I ended up only having to wait about 10 minutes to get a vehicle. I think I had an easy experience as I wasn’t flying during a peak time. I landed on a Wednesday afternoon. “I just purchased an 05 Hyundai Sonata from Dustin and I couldn't be happier! While test driving the car, it wasn't acting right so to speak. Dustin immediately got his mechanics on it and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Gave the car a tune up and it ran perfectly and it still does. He didn't let me leave until he made sure I was happy and the car ran the way it was suppose to. He didn't try to give me the run around. The car was sold as is so he didn't even have to change the spark plugs or do a tune up.. but he did! It's the fact the he went the extra mile to make sure his customer was fully satisfied. I've never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. He even called me a few days later to make sure the car was still running good. It's very rare to find an honest car salesman and I feel lucky to have done so. I will be back when it's time to buy another car. I highly recommend H&H Autos!”

“The rental process was seamless. Although the price was a bit high, the customer service was exceptional. The clerk at the counter for Preferred Customer was amazing. She greeted me with a smile (even though she was wearing a mask, you could tell she was smiling) and the entire process took less than five minutes. Dropping off the car was just as easy. The clerk asked if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed and all with a smile. “From start to finish our experience with Routes Car Rental in Orlando was... amazing. The shuttle was less than a 5 minute wait (as suggested, I called the number before getting my bag at claim), the car was ready immediately, no line. They require a major credit card for a $500 deposit, reasonable and expected. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Drove a beautiful yellow Jeep down the expressway for 15 minutes and we encountered a massive obstacle of stone and gravel spread over four lanes of traffic which had fallen off a truck. The result was myself and 4 other vehicles with flat tires. I called Routes, Susan was so kind, told me to be safe and suggested I call my road side assistance because I had declined their insurance. Unfortunately my road side assistance resulted in a four hour delay as they had technical difficulties and the communication was very poor. I called Routes multiple times to keep them updated and each time they greeted me calmly and said no worries, we’ll have another Jeep waiting for you upon your return. At 5:00 pm we arrived again, 5 hours later, and by 5:15 we were out the door in a new Jeep. Their patience and understanding was greatly appreciated during a very stressful time. They wished me safe travels and reminded me only good things to come for the rest of the weekend. TheJeep ended up very damaged, flat tire, bent rim, brake damaged, and leaking brake fluid. My insurance will have to be involved I’m sure but I was thankful they didn’t make me wait to discuss what had happened other than the explanation. I was skeptical because of the reviews I read while booking but my experience could not have been better.”

“Rented a car from Hertz for 4 days. Clean, sanitized, smooth driving.. Was told it would be $45 for insurance. They charged my card $85. $7 for tolls (which I understand) I called them and within 2 weeks I received a refund for $37.00. I guess it all worked out, but they should work on communicating to their clients before overcharging them.”

“The service was AMAZING! The only thing I didn’t care for was having to take a shuttle to the car rentals but I won’t consider that a part of this rating. Once we arrived at the desk we were greeted immediately and had our car within 5 minutes of arriving at the rental desk. The agent (I cannot remember his name) was very friendly and very helpful... he even upgraded us for free from a standard sized car to a full size! The car was clean and ready to go before we got there. The drop off process was simple as well. They were closed during the time we had to have the car back by but they have attendants in the rental garage to assist you I’m assuming 24/7 because our car was checked in 10 minutes after dropping it off. This is my first time renting with Payless and it won’t be my last! Thank you Payless for making this experience as least stressful as possible! I’m a nervous wreck anytime I travel and this was a very pleasant experience. Also, I had a $100 hold on my debit card until I dropped it off and it was back in my account two days later which was another added bonus!!”
