He arrived at the day / time agreed and did a through inspection of where the leak could be. He explained everything he needed to do and offered a competitive pricing to do the job. We needed up opening a couple of walls to fix and install a new line and he did everything the same day. Would definitely recommend as he is very responsive and responsible.”

The Taylor's, Glissans, Blacks, & McMullins are all my relatives but I've never lived on the East Coast. My mom her husband have wonderful little plots here. “My mother was buried at East Elfers in June 2011. Since then there have been many improvements. They regularly mow and the overall condition of the cemetery has improved greatly. Since my mother passed, I have been visiting the cemetery regularly at all times of the day and many times in the middle of the night. I have never seen anything or anyone out of the ordinary there. The visitors I have met are always very nice people. My only complaint is about the committee overseeing the cemetery. They don't seem very fair. We have now purchased four plots for my family. When we wanted to buy the plot directly behind my mother, they would not allow us to make payments. At that time (2011) only my mother's grave was paid for.I wanted that plot because I planted a tree behind my mother's grave. They then decided that they would let someone else make payments to buy that very same plot. Now of course, I will have to move the tree I planted there in November 2011. We recently paid for all four plots in full, yet they charged us $200 more for the fourth plot because the prices went up. That's just not good business. I would think I bought three plots already, I should have paid the same price. Instead they decided to take advantage of us; knowing we needed one more plot; and charged us the new more expensive price. Not Fair Again. Shame on them. They should really reconsider what is best for the people who choose to place their loved ones there. They should be honored to serve the public in their time of need.”

The only problem I had was there was no lock inside my storage like I was told there would be when I got there and the office was already closed so I had to go purchase my own lock. “An old cemetery, having Management -Ownership issues. But, the staff does its job. It has seen better days. However, the cemetery is functioning and the staff do what they are supposed to do or can do. Some 15,000 graves. I enjoy strolling here, reading the names. There are some well known people from the area interred here throughout the years. Once they resolve the ownership, I'm sure this will get back in shape!”

Not only was Kim the consummate professional, but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND with even the smallest detail of my mother-in-law's wake and funeral service. She picked up all the "slack" that I was unable to deal with since I was traveling by car from Massachusetts to Florida. Not even COVID-19 stopped Kim from planning the perfect service for my almost...105 year-old mother-in-law... The "viewing" area at Skyway was also beautiful and peaceful.
