He answered all questions, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a loyal customer at the Sarasota office, where your are met with a beautiful smile and greeting from Barbara. I have had the pleasure of meeting the new Tech, Zak, when I have an issue with my device. I walked in on Monday at 9am, without an appointment, only because I NEED MY AIDS. My issues was taken care of without question, Zak shook my hand, thanked me. Barbara as always, smiled, thanked me, offered hard candy and I left with a since of knowing my aids worked well. When I could not find the medicine, she offered to help. Checkout was easy (they take the Google Pay which is always nice). So let's sum it up. Friendly service, product was available, no long lines, what else could I ask for?”

“Edit (11/2021): I’m delighted to say their staffing issues have been resolved. Sure, they still need some training, but they have enough help to handle the business again. We’ve been back several times over the past couple of months, and never had an issue. Edit(early 2021): we’ve been weekly regulars here for four years. During the Covid fiasco they were still our favorite take out. The past few months however, the service had gone so far through the toilet, we have to debate whether or not to go. The food is still fantastic, but it’s hard to spend our evening out here anymore. Original review: After two years this is still or favorite place to go for a light meal. The Florida Roll is fantastic. Sashimi is a little pricey, but all the food is very good.”
