I contacted Coach Jorge after finding his gym online and kept in communication with him for a couple months until I could make time to join. He offered me a great deal and I've been enjoying it ever since. I've learned so much from going. The atmosphere is great and so are my teammates. The gym is small from the outside, but when you enter and join, it's a huge boost of confidence on this inside. It's easier to learn there compared to other gyms with hundreds of students bouncing all over each other. Coach Jorge can help you one on one without having to tend to 50 others. Trainers are reliable; if they say they are going to show up, they will. Also they hold you accountable to your training, which has been helpful. The sand is a perfect surface for your hands, feet and body as you learn the different poses. Michelle was a wonderful instructor. “Let me start by saying that I visited every gym in the area before I found this gem of a place, and I’m writing this review with the fear of my favorite gym getting overcrowded 🫣 but it wouldn’t be right for me to be selfish, so here it goes… This gym is well thought out, with great equipment and is impeccably clean… there are many classes everyday so it’s easy to make it work with whatever schedule you may have.. all the coaches are great at making you feel at home from your first class and making sure you understand each exercise and that you do them correctly… aside from having great energy and fitness knowledge, they are also great at motivating and pushing you to become your best. The community is another great part of working out here… everyone has positive vibes and is pushing each other to do better while having fun together. On top of all of this, after an hour of working out here, I always walk out feeling amazing and like I got more done then I would by spending 2-3 hours at a traditional gym. Doesn’t matter what your age, size or shape is, if your goal is to get fit while having fun and don’t want to waste your time, Fit4Lyfe is the right place… don’t waste another day thinking about it and just come join a class and see for yourself :)”

“Love Lissa! She is so kind and encouraging while quickly modifying to accommodate any physical restriction. High impact exercises trigger my runner’s knee. I’m able to complete the routines without constantly modifying moves and have yet to experience knee pain. Very low impact that works the entire body. Since it’s a small studio, with only 3 reformers, I get specific coaching immediately if I’m not doing a move correctly. I’m not lost in a room of overcrowded reformers wondering if I’m doing it correctly. Love this studio.”

I appreciate his attention to detail in acknowledging muscle memory & using training strategies in combination with chiropractic treatments via the neubie machine or personal training sessions to make sure that adjustments hold more effectively long term. Any concern with my spine I have had, Dr. Alex shows he cares by working through it right away & mapping out the best strategy for the problem I’m having. When we first entered the studio Victoria the receptionist approached my daughter in such a sweet matter like she knew her for years. My daughter was very shy didn't want to participate in class.
