“I arrived here at the cemetery as part of a road trip to the United States to bring a fabric flower greeting to the grave of one of the greatest comedians. I was surprised to see the grave had not been taken care of? I didn’t want to leave it looking so untreated. Apologies to the relatives of the deceased, I cleaned the memorial and felt that my arrival at the scene was God’s will? I removed debris and withered flower from the grave. I almost threw a jar of lasagna in the trash as well, but then I remembered that it was perhaps a greeting from a Russian-born fan/fans, there in culture people bring food to the grave for the spirit of the deceased. At the same time, I cleaned the items left by the fans and placed them on the grave beautifully. The flowers completed the appearance of the tomb. In my country; Finland, the graves of the deceased often have flowers. I look up to heaven and thank God for this experience! Now it is good to continue my journey to north and into several experiences.”

“Jessica organized a lovely outing on Biscayne Bay. We started with a scenic water tour of many of the fine homes lining the water before anchoring by a small island. We offloaded for a relaxing, ocean-side, beach yoga session. We had access to paddle boards for exploring. We then climbed back on board for a delicious brunch prepared by Lawrence. Sadly, the day had to end and we motored back to shore savoring the fine memories of the morning at sea.”

Over the last year or so they have installed a HVAC mini-split heating and cooling system, replaced our shower piping and hardware, and installed 3 inline water filters for the house. They do great work and are my go to guys for anything I need done like this. I think their prices are very fair and they also have helped me figure out the best options for my needs and budget. “This place is a delight! I ship a lot of packages so I've spent 5% of my adult life standing in line at a post office, but there's never a crowd at this place. It's located in the heart of downtown Dow, and even has a pay phone in the front yard! Driving into downtown Dow is like stepping back in time, and I love it. The post office grounds are surrounded by verdant fields and bucolic views, and it gets even better INSIDE the post office. The postmaster ("Mindy") is so personable and patient. She knows her patrons by name and is always so helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. I drive way out of my way to do business here. I highly recommend!”

“I have lived in 23 different states in 34 years. Within those 23 states I have lived in multiple counties; this means I have experienced more than my fair share of various USPS locations.. some good, others not. This USPS location however, I have never in my entire life experienced such diligent and sincere customer service than I have here.. not just referring to USPS customer service either, but in general. I am recovering from an experimental surgery and these people went above and beyond to ensure that a solution is formulated as quickly as possible for me. This wasn't a quick one conversation fix either. Throughout the day the Young Miss (so sorry I don't remember your name Curly Blonde Hair Miss but if you read this then please comment it so others know) continued to contact me via my cell phone throughout the day to update me and ask my position and perspective in certain things to see if any of the latest updates or info offered a viable solution for me. Once we settled on a solution the Postmaster himself went out of his way to bring me my package and also the Postal delivery driver (who I never got to meet) was covering two routes and STILL coordinated with the other USPS employees after getting a flat tire to still try and contribute towards a solution that works for me. Almost has me in tears because I am truly SO overwhelmed by how wonderful and pleasant and considerate these people were. Thank you all for everything and I sincerely wish all of you, my absolute best.”

The lady who put my shipping label, instead of putting it on the top of the box, wrapped it around the corner. “Loved the sushi I got! Only downside was I'm allergic to milk and wanted to know if their spicy mayo had any dairy in it, just incase, and they didn't know. Got the roll without the mayo just to be safe and it was delicious. Only thing I'd say is having an allergy list would be helpful to let customers know what they should avoid if they have a food allergy. But on a positive note the food is delicious and the price is great for the quality.”
