Not the best barbecue I’ve ever had but definitely one of the. We ordered the combination plate and oh my goodness there was so much food we had some left over and there was two of us. Only thing I didn’t like was the mac & cheese Florida people don’t know how to make mac & cheese that’s all I gotta say about that they need to come to Texas where we know how to use. “The staff and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming. The problem is that we had 6 people and the dining room just isn’t big enough. If you have 1-4 people, it’s fine, but don’t try to come here with a bigger group. The food was decent, but the rice was dry and crumbly. The chicken platter was good aside from the rice and the chicken being cut into strange shapes. I couldn’t tell if the baklava was homemade, but it was tasty.”

“Char-Hut is a small chain of fast service restaurants owned by the Cammisa family who founded Char Hut in 1976. The family started the business over 40 years ago when they opened their first restaurant in Miami after moving to Florida from Buffalo. The family closed the Miami restaurant in favor of moving to southwest Broward. They specialize in hamburgers and chicken. Unlike other fast food places you can tell them how well you want your burger meat cooked and you can customize it with different toppings. The food is cooked to order. This place is an institution and you can't hang around this long in the South Florida restaurant scene unless you offer quality food. I have eaten at Char-Hut many times through the years and if you go inside you come out smelling like the grill. It is a breeze to order from the drive though and that is what I usually do. This was my first time visiting the Davie location which opened way back in 2003. You can find the restaurant along the side of State Rd. 84. I ordered the Char-Burger with cheese, which is the original 1/3 lb steak burger and I added a side of fries and a soda. The service was super friendly here and the food was great which I always expect from Char-Hut. It definitely satisfied my cheeseburger craving. I love that this is the kind of place where you don't have to beg for ketchup. They cheerfully offer it without you even having to ask. Count me among the Char-Hut fans.”

“Visited on a Monday evening after 7. No wait for tables. No wait for food! The food came out very quickly. We ordered a shrimp burrito. It was huge, over a foot long. Also ordered triple fajitas (shrimp, steak and chicken). The fajitas were not at all spicy. Very enjoyable meal. There is a surcharge for using a credit card; this was not a surprise as it was clearly posted at the checkin stand.”

Still owned by the same Greek original owners, they had to remove "Crab house" from the original name because blue crabs are so hard to come by. In fact we paid $50.00 for a dozen. Outside of that they have removed some of their lower selling seafood dishes and replaced with some really great authentic Greek food! Even Greek fish dishes! They left their best selling seafood dishes so we had seafood during our Christmas Eve visit but we will DEFINITELY be going back to try some of their Greek dishes next! Still love this place!”

When I say this woman went above and beyond.. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. She made our dream beach wedding come true. Everything I told her we wanted at the wedding was there and even added her own little flare to it. Trust me. If you ever need some more ideas about your future wedding; please ask her because she has so many great ideas!!! The wedding was just breath taking. She’s so organized, which was a relief because at the beginning for me I felt like everything was falling apart before I contacted her.
