“Today was bill day; most of the time writing checks for bills are not one of the top things on my list. However, I did have to pay a bill today to a company where it was a pleasure to give my money to. Castello's Hauling … I have to say this company made everything go so smoothly that it was an absolute pleasure to do business with them. We had to clear out a garage and backyard where things accumulated for approximately eight years (don't ask). My daughter saw one of their trucks with name and number on it and she took a picture of it. Sent me the photo and I called asked about pricing and set things up. They texted me a few days ahead of time and asked if we were still on for the weekend. I said yes, told them that the driveway would be cleared of any vehicles. They told me that the dumpster would be they and like magic it was there earlier than expected. Totaled cleaned out, well placed and the rear doors opened waiting to be filled. The filling was up to us, even that went smoothly (with my family I was surprised by that). Sunday afternoon I sent them a text telling them I was done and the dumpster was gone on Monday morning. I received a text with a total (I questioned it because it was cheaper than I expected, it was right they told me) I gave them the address where they could send the bill (it was different then where the dumpster was located) they asked if they could send it to my email address, I said yes gave them the email and Shazam! Transaction done, all too easy! I never even saw anyone…”

“I recently stayed in Key Largo and found out at the last minute that I would not be able to park my small utility trailer (used for hauling kayaks) on property at the condo I was staying at. I called Bob the day I was supposed to arrive to see if he could help me out. He immediately responded and was extremely helpful and made room for me to park my trailer. Like the other reviews said it was hassle free and 24 hour access was what we needed. Secure and clean place and I had no worries about my trailer. It’s is rare these days to get such top notch customer service that i received from Bob. Definitely recommend and will be doing business with him in the future.”

“I'm not going to lie, I was expecting the worst from this place after reading the comments. Very clean place, they have bathrooms and vending machines. I arrived 1 hour before the appointment and they assigned me a door instantly (you must leave your doors closed and they take care of everything) 2h 45 min loading, not bad at all. The most important thing is that with authorization you can do overnight at parking lot. thanks dart”

“I asked the Owner, Mike about this Marla H. complaint on Yelp and was told that this situation is totally out of context with her. This company is the most honest, prompt, trustworthy, hardworking, dependable and courteous of any company I have worked with in my many years. Marla H. would not wait for this company to get she and her husband positioned on the schedule. Within one half hour of Mike speaking with her, Marla found another company and totally circumvented Mike's scheduled time for this cross country move. Mike was driving and could not work on his schedule right away. Mike did not give her the deposit back, because he was in the process of scheduling the move for her and she simply refused to wait. In Mike's mind, they had a verbal contract. From my perspective, this team moved us more than once..even in and out of storage units that were a long way from their truck. We were Thrilled that this Hometown Movers team are handymen...I am talking ALL of them! We just moved into our second home in The Villages and within three hours, they put together a console with a fireplace, a table with four chairs, cabinets and towel bars in our bathroom, a drop down folding table for my laundry, a two part curved shower rod and a medicine cabinet for over our our deep sink in the garage. Also, they moved heavy items around for us. Mike is a man with a wife and lots of kids. He cannot afford to be dishonest or a slacker. Even when I prepared lunch for all of the guys, they ate while they worked.”
