“Chris is amazing! He listened to all my concerned and goals. I currently work 3, 12 hour shifts a week and i am constantly on my feet. My job requires everything lifting to sometimes running. My biggest concern was being sore and not being able to do my job fully. Chis pays close attention to form, making sure you aren’t straining and you are doing the workouts correctly. His work outs focus on different areas and he puts a lot of thought into your training. He provides a variety of workout equipment to keep the body guessing. He also helps with diet modification & checks in with you regularly! He’s really amazing!”

Tables and floor is perfectly clean but the celing needs a little bit of clean up. Men's bathroom pretty clean an in service. I like it here. Tv isn't turned on so it's kinda quiet.”
