“This Subway is inside of Pilot Travel Center at 491 St. Mary's Road, St. Mary's, Georgia. In any case Subway has a new menu and to say it's awesome is not saying enough. And it isn't run of the mill changed either they've added new type of ingredients to be traditional sandwiches garlic and avocado would be two examples. Ordering these new items is really efficient as well on this date I had the #8 Great Garlic which was a chicken based sandwich that added on provolone cheese, onions, tomatoe ad garlic aioli. Really good. Service for these new sandwiches is well organized and even with lines it all moves forward. They continue to have a website and app for online ordering their survey appears to be as innovative as their new sandwiches for example instead of just asking the same scaled questions they asked about an ingredient on their sandwiches: 🥬 lettuce. They even now offer two free cookies for completing the survey instead of one. 🍪”

“I have been a participant in the newly-introduced Advance Performance Center at Advance Rehab for the past several months and it has made a tremendous difference in strengthening my core and generally, just making me feel better. I have been a client of Advance Rehab Kingsland/St. Marys for the past several years following both knee and back surgeries. Like many folks my age, I pretty much won the lottery when it comes to arthritis. Arthritis is one of the most common diseases in this country. Millions of adults and half of all people age 65 and older are troubled by this disease. However, I have found that my back strength has improved tremendously since I started the Transitional Program at Advance Rehab. The Transitional Program is exactly what it means; it is intended for the individual wanting to start an exercise program after completing a course of physical therapy. Under the direction of Mick Janusko, DPT, Director of Sports Performance, I spend about 90 minutes twice a week, going through a series of exercises specifically developed for me by Mick.
