Ridgepoint Roofing

We were assigned Ridgepoint Roofing through a claim with our homeowners insurance and we were SUPER happy with their service. Les was on-time, super responsive and very helpful navigating us through the process. When the roof was repaired, the crew was so professional and cleaned up everything! You couldn't even tell a contractor had been here except for the beautiful new roof! I do wish the gutter scheduling had been a little more organized, but understand that 3rd party contracting can be tricky. They just kind of showed up one day to do the work, but were also very nice and professional. We hope to not need them anytime soon, but will definitely use again them when we do!

I had a leak that needed to be repaired. I have an older roof that is in need of replacement soon but I wanted to see if I could get a specific leak repaired for now until I'm ready to replace the entire roof. Ridgepoint Roofing showed up on time, found the problem immediately, and repaired the problem as well as fixed a few other minor issues. Most importantly, they said I could get a couple more years out of my roof before I need it to be replaced. I appreciated their honesty, as some might try to sell me a roof instead of fixing the actual immediate problem.

Highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Made the stress of dealing with roof repair much less than it could have been.
