“Wow’ed from the initial call! This was the 2nd company that I had out. Rachael was knowledgeable from the start, which instilled confidence, and they genuinely wanted to earn my business. I can’t say enough about Matt Smith and Danny. They arrived right on time and listened to the issues we were facing. They retested some things at their desire (no charge) to properly diagnose that my issue was a toilet valve and not my main pressure reducing valve. Significantly less of an issue than previously told, and less money too! (BTW, $395 vs. $505 for the PRV from one company to another). They could have just went with it, but instead focused on the the issue at hand. Having been screwed by others in the past, Matt and Danny created a fan in the process. Kudos for repping the company well!! The pricing was very straightforward from the initial conversation, to the published pricing on the website, as well as what was invoiced. I was never “upsold” through the process. Not only was the water heater a couple hundred dollars less, it included the thermal expansion tank, AND comes with a 10 year warranty (vs. only 6 with the other company). I honestly couldn’t wait to post a review, not because i thought that they would ask, but because I thought they went above and beyond. Thanks team!!”

“I have only amazing things to say about Eden but one of my experiences says it all. I am a mama of 5 and often take my kiddos to Eden for a healthy treat. On one of those days, my 2 year old was struggling and throwing a fit. She knocked our entire order out of my and spilled it all over the floor. The staff so graciously remade our order, cleaned up our mess, and kindly took my 2 year old by the hand to help with the clean up. The ladies who work there are always such a blessing and make my crazy crew feel welcomed. We all LOVE every single thing we’ve tried—and we’ve almost tried it all. Also, when our family was down for the count with illness, Eden kindly delivered our favorite treats right to our door! I can’t say enough or give enough stars to say how much we love this place. It’s not just healthy eats—it’s a full Eden experience that you MUST try. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we will be there with much gratitude and enthusiasm ❤️ I highly recommend checking them out.”

“We worked with Jim and concept flooring to install flooring for our home. We replaced carpet in some rooms and refinished the wood floors in other areas. They made all the flooring flow well looks like it was all intended to be this way all along. Also I wanted grey floors but we have red oak, but they did an excellent job, we love the color. Jim also organized for a painter to paint the railings. The customer service is amazing, very responsive, extremely helpful, explained the process and made recommendations and gave me options. I appreciate the consultative approach. Very happy! Love our new floors so much we’ve avoided adding rugs for a while to enjoy them.”

“I really enjoy the quality of care here. Dr. Edwards is a very nice doctor who answers all questions and really has excellent bedside manner. My only complaint is that you are never given your prescription unless you very directly ask for a copy. I always forget - I assume the paper receipt they give you has the prescription on it - and have to go back to get it. I understand they try to sell glasses also and don't want customers taking the prescriptions to cheaper options, but it sure is a PITA to have to find time to go back to get a copy of my actual prescription.”
