Maintenance is quick to respond and very professional. But what sold me on the complex was the staff in the leasing office. “I needed to get my exercise in, but wanted to have fun too. So, I chose line dancing at Southern Crescent Dance Studio. I’m somewhat dance step challenged, so I chose the beginner line dance class. The dance instructor, Ms. Tracy, is so talented and she cares. She is so patient with me and all of us in the class. We have the best time dancing. Bring your water because it’s a workout, but you don’t even realize it because you will be having so much fun.”

“My husband and I were visiting from out of town. The facility was ran Amazingly! We met the owner herself and she truly cares for her property and her visitors. She's full of great information and willing to even share info for a more productive fishing experience! The pond/lake was beautifully kept. We only had a few hours to fish and unfortunately didn't catch any. It was midday (when we all know catfish don't eat much) We did however witness several fish caught I'm talking 6 to 10 in the couple of hours we spent there. So the pond is stocked often. Great experience overall and will definitely return whenever we get the chance!”
