I had no idea what to ask for or what I needed for my sons headstone. I explained it was laid down today and spoke with the associate she asked my sons age. I explained his loss and when I went to check out the woman (assuming the shops owner) told me not to worry about it, it was on the house. I immediately started crying; the act of kindness and heartfelt sympathy, I simply cannot put into words my gratitude. I will absolutely be using Faith By Design for any and all future needs.
