Great experience. John is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his products. He did a great job of communicating when our Presidential Billiard table shipment was delayed. After identifying some quality concerns with the table, he quickly addressed it leaving us completely satisfied and in awe of the solution he came up with. You can't go wrong buying from these guys.

He was very open and communicated with us exactly what was happening during the process. The installation went smooth and my kids love the play set.
